RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide securities quotations and execute orders under clients’ instructions;
• Confirm trade details with sales, customers, and counterparties;
• Assist in account-opening procedures;
• Provide customer services and related tasks support to house clients;
• Answer customer inquiries and provide quality services;
• Monitor and ensure the client’s portfolio is complied with the credit controls, internal policies, and guidelines;
• Facilitate other administrative support for the department;
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or above in Finance or related discipline;
• 1-year relevant experience in Financial Industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome);
• Knowledge of investment products, including bullion & foreign exchange trading or passing in HKSI licensing examination papers 1,7,8,9 is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to work in shift and Hong Kong public holiday.
