The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks high calibre candidates to join the Exhibitions & Digital Business Department (EDB).

Responsibilities:

• Produce budget forecast in volume, revenue and expenditure of exhibitions and digital business, coordinate with different teams to exercise budgetary control and prepare sales target setting as well as financial reports for projects 
• Conduct calculation of payroll, commission and incentive bonus of various sales channels
• Conduct margin analysis of various booth offerings of HKTDC's local exhibitions and advertisements of online sourcing platform on www.hktdc.com
• Conduct competitive analysis to keep abreast of the latest development of exhibitions and digital advertising products for export-oriented SMEs in response to market needs
• Manage and coordinate pre-event and onsite logistical elements of exhibitions and implementation of digital advertising products
• Prepare statistical management reports, analyses and presentations

Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration
• A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in marketing / business development. Experience in the exhibition industry or digital business would be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Innovative, analytical, systematic, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS application, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
