What you'll do:

  • Work closely with team leader, HR People Partners and hiring managers to drive effective recruitment strategies with hiring needs
  • Manage full recruitment cycle in a timely manner, including but not limited to job posting, selection & interview and offer negotiation
  • Involves in different Talent Acquisition projects, which supports employer branding, as well as HK local, China Mainland and overseas job fairs to reach the targeted talent pools and attract right candidates
  • Effectively sources and connects with active and passive talents; develops and implements comprehensive recruitment plan to meet business objectives.
  • Drive and manage recruiting activities utilizing strategic and creative souring channels
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition administration, execution of HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects when necessary

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in recruitment will be an advantage
  • Experience in both recruitment agencies AND in-house talent acquisition will be a strong advantage
  • Independent, strong team spirit with positive learning attitude, Multi-tasking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
