• Degree in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical Discipline 
• Registered Professional Engineer holder (RPE) or
• Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
• At least 5 years relevant post-professional qualification experience in the design, supervision and coordination of building services engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering in building projects
• Familiar with government regulations and ArchSD code of practice specification
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Project
