They are expanding their business and would like to hire an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, APAC to join their dynamic team.

Description
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the content fulfillment process in the APAC region, starting from the development of content concepts to managing content, selecting crews, and delivering assets on time. Work closely with global, regional, and local counterparts to align requirements and branding guidelines across various channels and platforms such as social media, CRM, visual merchandising, Ecommerce, and communications.
- Collaborate with the global team to create compelling product storytelling assets, aiming to establish category leadership and foster brand/product affinity.
- Coordinate the procurement of product samples for content shoots.
- Aid in the creation of engaging and innovative content suitable for generating viral engagement on online and social channels.
- Manage and allocate production budget and resources, optimizing the effectiveness of assets produced in each shoot.
- Enhance operational efficiencies within the creative process to expedite time to market. Collaborate with GTM counterparts to continuously refine workflow processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify solutions for fulfilling assets across all channels, including Ecommerce, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Assist in the approval process of creative assets and ensure compliance with quality standards, including those set by local markets. Serve as the regional creative brand filter for all consumer-facing materials.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors involved in production to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support digital marketing communications by ensuring timely delivery of assets to key functions.
Profile
The successful candidate should come up with at least 7 years of relevant experience in creative and product, product marketing, with managerial experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, project management, energetic and open minded.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
