Duties:

• Monitoring server operations, software upgrade, applying security patches and maintenance
• Performing in system administration tasks in Anti-spam Gateway, Microsoft Products on Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection and Single-Sign-On System) 
• Participating in system administration in Mobile Device Management solution (e.g. Microsoft Intune and VMWare Workspace ONE)
• Assisting in the process of IT procurement and maintenance renewal of hardware and software
• Assisting in testing of the IT systems

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related subjects
• At least 1-2 years hands on system server administration
• At least 1 year experience in email server administration such as Outlook
• At least 1 year experience in Exchange Online, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection and Single-Sign-On System
• At least 1 year experience in Customer service / Helpdesk services management / end-user support 
• Hands-on Experience in Video conferencing tools and/or online meeting platforms
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills
