Head of Research

• Develop and execute a comprehensive research strategy to identify investment opportunities.
• Conduct detailed fundamental and technical analysis on potential investments, covering factors such as business models, competitive positioning, financial performance, valuation, and macroeconomic/industry trends
• Prepare well-researched investment theses, recommendations, and ongoing monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with the investment team to refine the asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management framework.
• Lead the team the work allocation review analysts’ research reports, Monitor and evaluate existing portfolio
• Continuously enhance the research capabilities and tools to improve investment decision-making
• Support the Management in other special projects if needed

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics with CFA qualification preferred 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment research, portfolio management, investment firm.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present research findings and recommendations
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
