Job Description

• Degree Holder in Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines
• 5 years experience in facility management
• Member of RICS/ HKIS/ HKIH/ CIH/ HKIFM
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the relevant statutory requirements
