-Handle full set of accounts
-Prepare routine reports, and maintain complete and up-to-date records
-Communicate closely with clients/vendors on price and quality issues
-Issue and follow up invoices, purchasing orders, and other relevant documents
-Assist in some general admin and clerical support
-Handle any ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
-LCC & I Higher / Diploma in Accounting or above
-At least 3 years of relevant experience
-Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage
-Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under a tight schedule
-Immediately available is preferred
