As a Business Growth Consultant, you'll implement in-house payment and membership systems in our restaurant partners to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Responsibilities:

• Understand restaurant partners' needs, provide professional solutions for system implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, provide customized configurations for seamless integration.
• Assist in system setup, ensuring alignment with each restaurant's needs.
• Provide training and technical support for restaurant owners and staff.
• Monitor system performance, promptly address issues for uninterrupted operation.
• Gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality.
   

Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B sector, Payment or POS system implementation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Previous training and technical support experience.
• Team player with cross-border communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
