About Employer:
Our client, a large Forex and CFDs broker, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to join their team and drive the expansion of their business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing-related matters and leading a team to promote the company's financial products to a global user base.

Responsibilities:
You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.You will lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. You should collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns.

You should utilize market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for marketing optimization. You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market advantages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within the financial industry, preferably in Forex and CFDs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English speaking.
• Based in Hong Kong or Dubai.
