Onsite PC Desktop Support Engineer
Onsite PC Desktop Support Engineer
We are currently looking for several PC Desktop Support Engineers to join our team working at the Hong Kong International Airport.
Responsibilities:
The PC Desktop Support Engineer, working at the Hong Kong International Airport, will be responsible for the provision of onsite Desktop and Mobile hardware and software support to various end-users at the airport.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of technical support experience on PC hardware and software, and fully conversant with the Microsoft Windows application software solutions.
- Experience supporting various hardware and peripheral components in an on-site environment.
- Good end-user support and handling skills.
- Good end-user support and handling skills.
- Speak and write English and Chinese.
- Able to perform Shift Work in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
