About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will act as a sales hunter to identify business opportunities and perform end-to-end sales activities from proposing to deal closing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth for workplace solutions, including integrated facility management services, office maintenance, cleaning services, security and more
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales target
  • Perform end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing, new and potential clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven sales track record
  • Solid Experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Property Management or other related disciplines
  • MNC/large corporation background will be an advantage
  • Excellent commercial and mindset with good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competition
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
