Job Description
Our client is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and facility services, seeking to hire a Workplace Manager with Facility Management (Soft Services) background and commercial real estate project experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the soft services work coordination and management work on-site: grounds maintenance, landscaping, decorating, catering services, cleaning services, pest control, car parking and waste management etc.
- Manage all facilities and services of the office, liaising and supervising with providers/ suppliers/ subcontractors
- Responsible for establishing a safe and comfortable working environment and maintaining well-structured facility operations and maintenance programs aimed at preserving and enhancing the facility's value
- Complete management and administration of the workplace, ensuring smooth running of the office
- Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Must be good at handling multiple stakeholder management
- Must be a Service Delivery Expert
- Bachelor's degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or equivalent
- Skilled in Soft Services Management and Vendor Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possessing sound leadership capabilities
- Experienced in managing multiple service line contractors
- Proficient in Chinese and English, spoken and written
