Job Description

ARINC Inc., part of a US public listed corporation, is a leading global provider of Outsourced Managed IT Services and Maintenance Support Services for Airports and Aviation businesses worldwide. 

Airport Onsite IT Service Engineer / Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform onsite field engineering support services on various IT Desktop, Network and Peripheral hardware and software systems.

- Perform and conduct IT PC and Connectivity hardware and software
troubleshooting, installations, settings and configurations.

- Responsible for attending fault calls and restore the systems within the required Service Levels.

- Assist with configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity, cabling and networking hardware.

- Work 5 Days a week, 9 hours each working day with one hour break in between, on a shift basis - 2 Days Day Shift, then 2 Days Evening Shift, then 1 Day Overnight Shift, then take 2 Days Off.

Candidate Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of technical engineering support experience on computer hardware and software (Microsoft Windows operating environment).

- Experience working in a user / customer service support environment.

- Speaks Cantonese and basic English.
