Join our team as an E-Commerce Officer and play a vital role in managing and optimizing our company's online sales platform. We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, customer experience, and data analysis to drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and continuously improve our e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
As an Ecommerce Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement our e-commerce strategy in alignment with our business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and industry trends to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Online Platforms Management: Manage our online platforms, including the website, APP, in-store order platform, and affiliate platforms. Ensure accurate and complete product listings. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth platform operation. Monitor and optimise platform performance.
- Digital Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, social media, SEO, and advertising. Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data for optimization. Create engaging content for promotions and advertisements.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback. Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries and complaints. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data. Generate reports and present key findings to senior management. Using data insights, identify growth and optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in E-Commerce management or a similar role. Trade marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media platforms, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with web development and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is highly desirable.
- Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
