Our client is looking for a High Jewelry Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive high jewelry sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the high jewelry sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, building strong relationships and ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the high jewelry collection, product features, and craftsmanship to effectively showcase and sell the pieces.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing high jewelry sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end clients, VIPs, and potential customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and purchase history.
  • Coordinate with the buying or merchandising team to ensure the right mix of high jewelry pieces based on customer demand and market trends.
  • Oversee store operations related to high jewelry, including pricing, security measures, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on high-end jewelry sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in a high-value sales environment.
  • Familiarity with the brand's high jewelry collection, its unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-end clientele and foster trust and loyalty.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is often preferred, as it allows for effective communication with international clientele
