Job Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for:
- supporting the development and implementation of innovation recruitment channels and network for talent acquisition and activities;
- supporting to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings;
- supporting hiring managers and supervisors in resourcing activities, exploring new recruitment channels, conducting market research and benchmark, preparing salary proposals, handling offer and negotiations;
- upkeeping accurate employment records and assisting in compiling HR related statistics and reports;
- contributing in the enhancement of HR operational effectiveness and enrichment of employees’ experience; and
- participating in ad hoc HR projects and undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
- have around 2 years of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with sizable organisations;
- demonstrate good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
- possess exposure to using Workday would be an advantage;
- be a good team player who is flexible, proactive with positive thinking and can-do attitude;
- be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- be proficiency in MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.); and
- have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
