The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) 

You will be responsible for: 

• processing payment requests and preparing journal vouchers in a timely and efficient manner; 
• assisting in month-end closing tasks and preparing monthly management reports and financial schedules; 
• providing various income and expense analyses, including key performance indicators; 
• providing support to the finance team in its operations; 
• assisting in preparing the annual Business Plan and Corporate Plan as well as financial forecast; 
• assisting in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related matters, and 
• handling other administrative work, including copying, filing and document management. 

You should: 

• possess a recognised university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and preferably in the course of pursuing a professional accounting qualification; 
• have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in financial or management accounting work, preferably in a major performing arts and cultural organization; 
• have good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility; 
• have excellent skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems (preferably Oracle), and 
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
