Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties, such as handling incoming calls, mails, greeting and serving visitors in professional manner, couriers and mailings
- To carry out daily operations of a commercial building including, customer service, etc
- To handle general enquires and complaints, support building activities
- To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
- Provide administrative supports in the property management office and general office if required
- Handle the attendance and other paperwork
- Assist in coordinating the repair, order and maintenance of office equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma or above preferably
- 4 years or above experience in property management, customer service or hospitality industry
- Passionate in customer service and hospitality work
- Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and positive
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
