Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties, such as handling incoming calls, mails, greeting and serving visitors in professional manner, couriers and mailings
  • To carry out daily operations of a commercial building including, customer service, etc
  • To handle general enquires and complaints, support building activities
  • To liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
  • Provide administrative supports in the property management office and general office if required
  • Handle the attendance and other paperwork
  • Assist in coordinating the repair, order and maintenance of office equipment

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above preferably
  • 4 years or above experience in property management, customer service or hospitality industry
  • Passionate in customer service and hospitality work
  • Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and positive
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
