Senior Officer / Officer (Project Team)

Job Responsibilities: - 

• Assist in project execution process and liaise with internal department, operation team, landlord and relevant parties on aligning design, E & M matters even on project & renovation as a basis
• Handle & monitor maintenance works & site coordination works
• Liaise with government authorities to resolve statutory issues
• Prepare and consolidate all necessary document, form & photo record etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements: -

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant & on-site experience preferably gained in F&B industry.
• Self-motivated, work independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
