• Answer and make outbound calls to customers and provide assistance on a variety of inquiries
• Assist customers with their needs
• Providing information on various vaccine products and resolving account-related inquiries and issues
• Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on customer needs

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills are crucial for a Customer Service Officer. This includes effective communication, active listening, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve problems in a professional and friendly manner.
• Minimum 2 years of call centre / CS experience in banking / insurance industry
• Form 5 or above
• Fluent speaking in Contonese
