What this job involves:

• Help to solve internal client’s issue
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on phone or via e-mail
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
• Providing office administrative support and assisting manager in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with prior experience in facilities Management will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills
