This dynamic, high performing People Experience (Px) team contributes to the delivery of the ‘top company objectives’ through strategic and timely interventions throughout the employee cycle. The role is responsible for partnering with our leadership teams (Australia, HK, China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, India), through coaching and challenging and to enhance culture, employee experience and business success.  They will lead and execute on strategic and operational initiatives that push boundaries, align with business objectives and ultimately drive organisational effectiveness.  

What You’ll Do

Travel is an essential part of the job

• Build relationships with business unit heads to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
• Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including, but not limited to strategic workforce planning, career planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, engagement, leadership and organizational development
• Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
• Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
• Partner with HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives and implement HR strategies, polices and best practices effectively
• Participate or lead various assigned HR projects/Lead the key transformational projects
• Ensure that all Labour Relations requirements, plans and meetings are properly managed.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree in business, related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Minimum 12 years of HR business partner or generalist experience supporting business leaders
• Extensive HR experience across the full HR spectrum
• Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders to drive organizational change
• A confident business partner with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business at a strategic level and be hands-on when required
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
• Strong IT and HR System experience (ideally Workday)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
