Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and more, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness and increasing market presence.
• Develop comprehensive event strategies, including goal setting, budget management, timeline scheduling, and resource coordination, ensuring smooth event operations.
• Expand relationships with partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to secure event resources and coordination.
• Manage event promotion and marketing communications, including social media, online campaigns, print materials, and other marketing channels.
• Analyze event results and feedback, provide insightful reports and recommendations to optimize event effectiveness and future strategies.
• Communicate and work with business partners as required
• Support sales team in the production of marketing materials
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Media or business related disciplines
• Relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or brand promotion, with a solid understanding of event execution processes.
• Innovative thinking and creative abilities, providing unique and captivating event ideas and solutions.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and techniques, including social media, digital marketing, and data analysis.
• Good team player while able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
