Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our products.
- Manage and update the company's website, ensuring accurate product listings, engaging content, and a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community, fostering positive brand interactions.
- Analyze marketing data, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices, making recommendations for innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the F&B or E-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of website management and product listing optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to drive impactful marketing strategies.
