Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and talent needs
• Provide guidance on talent management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
• Plan, develop and coordinate company campaign to engage employees 
• Proactively provide professional advices and services on manpower planning, succession planning and people development, supporting senior management to make best use of their human resources for business development and operating efficiency enhancement
• Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, preferably with at least 3 years of managerial experience in sizable Company
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex HR issues
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking to handle the tasks with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English, MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing.
