Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the successful implementation of the Group's talent and learning strategy to foster a culture of critical thinking and continuous learning, while improving talent effectiveness.
- Support the launch of the Nan Fung training curriculum, promote the online learning platform, and optimize the performance management cycle.
- Support to design, deliver, and coordinate impactful learning, training, and cultural initiatives, including orientation programs, the implementation of a company-wide online learning platform, and the organization of an annual Hackathon program.
- Ensure end-to-end successful delivery of learning and training initiatives, including needs analysis, outcome evaluation, program promotion, administrative tasks management, and event planning and execution.
- Assist in sourcing, liaise with, and monitor external training consultants and service providers to ensure their effectiveness, smooth logistics, and high-quality service delivery.
- Administer and review the corporate education sponsorship program to encourage continuous personal development.
- Maintain comprehensive records of enrollment, attendance, and expenses, and compile insightful reports to assess the effectiveness of learning and training initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance regular business operations and provide support for ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of HR experience in learning and development or talent management.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Broad understanding of learning trends, innovative business/culture initiatives, and market practices.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-driven.
- Proactive, creative thinking, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Officer - Talent Development.
