Job Description:

• Assist department head to formulate, execute, and manage all aspects of online and offline marketing activities to drive the business growth and raise brand awareness
   
• Manage and enhance brand’s digital platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, media advertising, KOL/influencer and other channels to drive multi-touch point consumer engagement
   
• Stay update on monitoring sales performance, competitor moves, and market trends on a regular basis with an on-time report for management review
   
• Evaluate and analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management, offering recommendations based on data
   
• Perform market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights; and translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas
   
• Collaborate with various teams on retail store projects, such as retail campaigns, new store openings, promotion and sales events, etc.
   
• Assist department head to manage the marketing team, coaching the team members in order to perform daily duties smoothly
   
• Support ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned
   

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, PR or related disciplines
   
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with supervisory skills, preferably in luxury retail industry
   
• Experience in managing social media platforms and competency in digital marketing
   
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
   
• Proactive, well-organized, able to work as a team and promote team effectiveness
   
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
   
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as senior officer/ supervisor
   
• Immediate available will be preferred
