We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Executive, come and be a part of our team.
What You'll Do
- Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the company’s objectives and directions
- Grow account revenue through renewals, upselling and cross-selling, and maintain a consistent client revenue stream
- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, and negotiation to closing
- Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure all needs are being met
- Identify and explore new opportunities through outbound activities including but not limited to cold-calling and pitching to prospective clients across multiple segments and markets
- Cooperate with key internal partners such as the CS Team, Product and Engineering Team
- Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed
Who You're
- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Diploma holder or above
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs
- Previous engagement in the IT and event industries, and SaaS products preferred
- Experience in key accounts management is a plus
- A high achiever mindset with great outbound and account servicing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-minded and well-organise approach
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and accountability
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong passion for learning, growing, and winning together with the team
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Business Development
