Requirements

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management/ Property Management or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in facilities/ property management 
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word and Excel etc
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially in report writing
• Good communication skills and fluency in Mandarin/ English is preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Building/ Property Management regulations and Ordinances
• PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager to work with the Authority’s Representative to address any specific requirements or concerns
• Liaise and coordinate with the Relevant Authorities
• Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations including cleaning and security 
• Follow up enquiries, complaints, and requests related to the Services
• Assist in preparing documentation of relevant procurement activities 
• Assist in performing and implementing the activities plan
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
