Job Descriptions:

• Provide service printing support, troubleshoot technical issue to customers
• Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for Digital Multi-functional Printers
• Maintain a professional behavior of customer service and effectively addressing client needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical or other related disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant working experience in field service support
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Problems solving, multi-tasking and and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
