Finance manager - Members' club/ F&B/ Hospitality

We are seeking a Finance Manager for a prestigious members' club. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and daily accounting activities of the organization, driving financial strategies to support the company's growth and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization's financial operations, covering budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.
• Work closely with the senior management team to devise and implement financial strategies, ensuring the organization's financial health and success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the financial accounting team, while establishing and enforcing finance-related policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Liaise with the tax representative of the annual tax return and prepare the documents upon enquiry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the education/ hospitality/international school/ servicing industry.
• Good commands in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
