Responsibilities :

• Support safety and security inspections for operations, such as written reports.
• Explore safety and security accidents and incidents related to operation.
• Assist in safety and security trainings, safety publications and safety awareness.
• Ensure smooth operations within relevant regulations and security protocols.
• Maintain the safety and security database, systems, and equipment.
• Data collection in safety and security field.
• Collaborate with external parties, such as agencies and other relevant safety and security parties.
• Performing any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

• Tertiary education qualification or above.
• Around 2 years of experiences in safety and security, quality and operation background is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in safety and security background.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good Computer literacy.
• Holder of Hong Kong Driving License, at least full Class 1 is not a must.
• Less experience will be considered as Operation Assistant.
