We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our company. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of different departments and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Continuously improving efficiency, policies’ effectiveness and creating sustainable competitive advantages for enterprise.

Responsibilities:
•       Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
•       Oversee the day-to-day operations.
•       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
•       Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance communication, and resolve operational issues.
•       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
•       Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
•       Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to operations.

Qualifications:
•       Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related disciplines, MBA will be an advantage.
•       Proven experience in a senior operations management role.
•       Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of operations management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
•       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•       Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement change initiatives.
•       Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•       Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
