Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for administrative support, contract setup, billing in ERP
- Liaise with internal parties on Daily Operations
- Handle customer service enquiries on contract related issues
- Prepare documents, scanning and filling
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Good team player, Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Problems solving, multi-tasking and and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
