Job Description
The key responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director/Executive Director in managing their daily activities. The duties will include below but are not limited to:
- Assist the Managing Director/Executive Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve various targets and operational objectives of the Group (Garment).
- Regularly travel to different manufacturing sites of the Group and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Monitor production processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales teams in developing and implementing sales strategies and activities to achieve sales target
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and expenses while maximizing resource utilization among different departments.
- Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, implementing quality control measures and ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to improve productivity and competitiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on factory performance, presenting findings and recommendations to the board of directors.
