What Will You Do?
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing customers' and caregivers' questions and concerns, delighting them with patience, compassion and clear communication. Our customers’ needs range from home care services to help their parents or grandparents rehabilitate from cancer, stroke, dementia and post-operation, to at-home COVID testing services for travelers returning from overseas.
Your Role Will Include:
- Handling inbound inquiries to deliver quality service to customers in need of care services via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Guiding new caregivers to onboard onto our platform via the Caregiver app
- Scheduling and coordinating the appropriate care services for customers
- Resolving client or user complaints and exercise proper judgment in escalation
- Tracking and maintaining customer-centric metrics to ensure team performance
- Being an ambassador of Evercare to all prospective customers and caregivers!
You'll Be A Good Fit If You:
- Have a customer-oriented mentality with high standards of customer service
- Have experience in excelling in a fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing environment
- Have a start-up attitude, willing to learn and try, accept failure, and do better next time
- Have experience using software products such as Hubspot, Notion, etc. (not a must, but a big plus!)
- Are comfortable working shifts (may include weekends)
- Are proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
