Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of accounting, secretarial, administrative support, and personal assistance to the Chairman including personal matters independently
Organize meetings and appointments, manage schedules and calendars
Make travel arrangements including flights/accommodation / ground transport/activity details
Draft fluent email correspondences and prepare meeting agendas
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations
Provide all-round household matters support to the employer such as managing drivers and helpers, etc
Overseas travelling is required
Requirements:
Degree holder or equivalent with formal accounting background and training
Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in serving senior executives / management is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Possess the ability to multi-task and juggle different projects.
Ability to multitask under pressure with tight deadlines
Immediate available would be an advantage.
