Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our overall marketing direction and executing innovative campaigns to achieve our business objectives. - Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Contribute to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversees the entire life cycle of a product, from conception to retirement, ensuring successful planning, development, launch, and maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing effective strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment. Monitor campaign expenses and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and design teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management in the consumer goods industry.
- With solid experience in content development, social and digital media strategy planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy.
