• 介紹職業、配對、安排、預約、及管理護理人員的紀錄
• 及時預約醫護人員並與客戶聯絡
• 預訂後輸入、維護及更新電腦記錄 
• 其他指派的臨時任務

工作要求：

• 香港中學會考畢業或以上
• 1年工作經驗（有HCA/HW/ CRSW服務經驗者佳）
• 良好的溝通能力 良好的電話禮儀及中英文溝通能力
• 良好的電腦技能 - MS Excel / Word 
• 良好的團隊合作精神，能夠獨立工作
• 輪班時間; 上午班 /下午班; 週末 長短週 ; 公眾假期 輪班

Job Description:

• Book nurses promptly and liaise with clients, providing an efficient follow-up service in order to maintain accounts
• Matching, scheduling, booking and monitoring QHNA caregivers
• Entering, maintaining and updating computer records after bookings
• Collecting market information and communicating to management and colleagues
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Job Requirements:

•  DSE or above
•  At least 1 years of relevant working experience (with customer service experience preferred)
• Good communication skill with Good telephone manner and communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Good computer skills – hands on knowledge in MS Excel / Word
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Shift hours and work weekends are necessary
