Responsibilities:

• To collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the marketing programs running smoothly.
• To provide marketing administrative support, project Management and reporting for marketing development.
• Develop engaging contents, manage editorial calendar and content delivery roadmap for website, social media, emails, print ad and any other marketing materials.
• Plan, implement and manage CRM and loyalty program.
• Data driven on customer mindsets and behaviors.
• Liaise with operation team to translate and create the content that our audience is looking for and implement editorial governance, make sure consistent with our brand values, style, and tone and highlight the products features, advantages and benefits.
• Manage art, copywriting, video and other digital tools to align with corporate guideline and maintain high quality of deliverables.
• Analyze company's digital needs and develop digital & content marketing strategies to generate brand and product awareness, to drive sales and to develop continuous customer engagement and stickiness.
• Conduct research to gain access to up-to-date market trends in the digital industry and bring in best practices and new ideas to enhance the digital & content marketing plan.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, with experience in CRM or loyalty program is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizing, interpersonal skills and highly self‐motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with tools such as SEO, Google Analytics, Canva will be a plus.
