Responsibilities: 

• Assisting Line Operations in Hong Kong and Foreign AOC Management. Compiling the documents needed for special approval submission to HKCAD, such as EDTO and LVO applications.
• Assist in maintaining AOC integrity, variation application, and updating. Filing Foreign AOC Applications and Renewal to different authorities and monitoring AOC application progress and its effectiveness.
• Compile the annual and ad-hoc budget, and monitor the budget usage.
• Coordinating with the Line Ops managers and the other internal parties for new route application. Compiling the content for route packages provided by these different parties, and preparing cover letters for the submission to HKCAD.
• Initiating, managing and updating the Line Operations' contract with the service providers and vendors
• Assisting Lines Operations Section on developing and reviewing the Line Operations' manuals and policies. Liaising with EFB team to push the update
• Conducting audits for the Lines Operations section in preparation for IOSA, and working closely with CSD, GOP and FOP QA & Risk Manager during the audits.
• Answering inquiries and making bookings for walk-in Simulator leasing. Liaise with Training for instructor/ Examiner scheduling

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree (aviation-related major is preferred), or Diploma in Aviation
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in aviation industry (experience in flight dispatch, operations engineering, performance engineering and/or operational control is preferred).
• Fluent in spoken / written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Previous experience with HKCAD regulations and documents is preferred
• Basic knowledge of the content of Airlines Operations Manuals, AOC (Hong Kong CAD 360 and foreign countries requirements), and Operations Specifications
