Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for designated departments, collaborate with department managers to support business objectives, managing the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.
- Plan, develop and coordinate company campaign in Head Office and with subsidiary companies to engage employees including but not limited to employee wellness programme and staff activities etc.
- Proactively provide professional advices and services on manpower planning, succession planning and people development, supporting line department to make best use of their human resources for business development and operating efficiency enhancement.
- Lead and support the design and implementation of HR programs, such as the CITIC Pacific Youth Program and other internship program.
- Manage recruitment platforms, social media, career fairs, etc. to promote the career branding of the company and reach out to target talents.
- Handle regular and ad-hoc HR reporting to the company management, line departments, and Group Company.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle employee feedback and comments, performance improvement plan, terminations, and other labor-related issues.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as assigned, such as graduate recruitment, risk and compliance management, HR information system, etc. Also involve in projects and coordinate with offices and business units in Mainland China and other overseas countries.
Requirements:
- Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably with at least 2 years of managerial experience in SOE in Hong Kong or sizable organizations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities, sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English, MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong presentation, attention to detail, and critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as solid problem solving capabilities.
