Salary: 24-30K x 12 plus bonus - Nego.

• 1 man band full set accounting 
• Handles payroll and MPF HR duties, around 20 staff in HK 
• speak and write English to communicate with head office in Singapore
  
  
  Responsibilities:
• daily accounting entries and preparation financial statements for group
•  (one-man band) handle full set of accounting 
• In charge of AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation, including
  prepare means of payment including cheques, TT,..etc 
• Liaise with bank and assist with bank related matters (such as bank confirmation, accounts opening or change of authorized signature) 
• Responsible for documentation of accounting files and vouchers 
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting field 
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferred 
• Using MYOB accounting system is an advantage
