Qualifications & experience

• LCCI Int or above in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Tradelink knowledge and experience (must).
• Able to handle large volume of invoices / transactions and work independent.
• Willing to lean, team work, positive attitude and can work under pressure.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle all Accounts Payable invoices (include goods purchase invoices).
• Record and input goods received in system with freight charge Calculation and custom declaration (Tradelink system), make payment, filing and contact vendor for checking unclear items.
• Handle inquiries from both external (vendor) and internal (colleague).
• Month end: Bank reconciliation, schedule reconciliation (Prepay inventory account), ad hoc project.
