Job Description
As a Senior Sales Specialist with experience in the ethical sales channel, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our product portfolio in an ethical and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on our products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify and target key opinion leaders in the medical community to support product advocacy and endorsements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and product knowledge to provide informed and credible information to clients.
- Comply with all ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring full adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and execution of product promotion campaigns.
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to represent the company and network with clients.
- Provide regular call plan and reports, updates, and insights to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and offer prompt responses to ensure smooth operations.
- Build & maintain long term relationships with local KOLs, doctor customer accounts and other partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business preferred).
- At least 2 year of proven sales experience in GP / private hospital / HMO sectors.
- Establish strong and reliable connections with major key account clients in private hospitals / clinics channel.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
