Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle major technical risks and problems of IT datacom products, organize technical resources to jointly tackle the problems and output solutions, ensure the quality of solution execution, and restore services on the live network in a timely manner.
2. Implement maintenance policies for IT datacom products, including but not limited to non-standard version incorporation, insight into customers, network switchover tests, elimination of potential network risks, and development and drills of emergency plans, to ensure stable network operation.
3. Manage major operations on IT datacom products, organize key actions such as technical solution review and change assurance, and ensure the quality of change services.
4. Identify common risks or maintainability pain points of products that customers are concerned about, effectively communicate with TAC and R&D personnel, and promote issue resolution to improve service satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; Major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, etc. is preferred;
2. Have the basic knowledge and principles of IT datacom products (HCS, storage, and cloud computing products); have a good command of routine O&M and troubleshooting of HCS, storage, and servers.
3. Have a good command of solution design for one or more professional services (such as disaster recovery, security, and service cloudification) based on IT basics and principles. Have a good command of end-to-end delivery capabilities for one or more professional services (such as disaster recovery, migration, and security).
4. Have a good command of the basic methods for locating faults in data communication network products. Be able to rectify faults under the guidance of the TAC or R&D engineers.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and learning ability.
