Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute all market strategies and communication plans to deliver annual target and gain market share.
• Manage and maintain/monitor the day-to-day marketing campaign and performance
• Work closely with designers on visual materials for online and social media platform, ensure align with brand guidelines
• Formulate social media strategies to improve brand awareness; interact with readers, drive engagement and build up communities online and turning them into brand advocates
• Conduct market researches, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market trend, consumer needs and behaviors so as to identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Marketing experience from FMCG industry for at least 2 years+
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges
• Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
