Responsibilities:

• Oversee the assigned battery product portfolio. 
• Take charge of and carry out tasks related to product management, such as new product introduction & product enhancement. 
• Formulate the product marketing strategies to meet sales targets by analyze the market trends of focused applications, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with factories, the sales and marketing team, and business partners to maintain smooth communication throughout the business development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electromechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management and marketing
• Technical knowledge in electronics industry is preferrable
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving capability
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint is an advantage
